How Soltex Global collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit soltexglobal.co or contact us through the website.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Soltex Global collects when you visit soltexglobal.co (the “website”) or send us an inquiry through it, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Soltex Global FZC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Soltex Global”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our regional offices are listed on the Contact page. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to info@soltexglobal.co.

2. What data we collect

Inquiries. When you send an inquiry through a form on the website, we receive your name and phone number, your e-mail address where the form asks for it, your company name and message if you provide them, the topic of the inquiry, and the page and language from which you sent it.

Protection against spam. To protect the forms against spam and abuse, we record a keyed one-way hash of your IP address (the address itself is not stored with the inquiry), the time taken to fill in the form and the value of a hidden anti-spam field.

Source of your visit. Where campaign attribution is enabled, an inquiry also contains where your visit came from: the campaign parameters of the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid), the domain of the referring website (not the full address) and the first page you opened.

Visiting the website. Like any web server, our server records technical access logs: IP address, date and time, the requested page and the browser type. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. Why we use your data and on what basis

To answer your inquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal: on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when sending a form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

To keep the website and its forms secure and to prevent spam and abuse: on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website and, where the law that applies to you requires it, your consent.

To understand which campaigns bring inquiries (only where campaign attribution is enabled): on the basis of your consent.

To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who receives your data

Inquiries are handled by Soltex Global staff and by the regional representatives responsible for your request. Access in our system is limited by role, protected by two-factor authentication, and every view or export of an inquiry is logged.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions: the provider hosting the website and its database (servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan) and the e-mail service that delivers notifications about new inquiries to our staff.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When a page opens, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.

We may disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. International transfers

The website and its database are hosted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Because Soltex Global works internationally, your inquiry may be accessed from other countries where our staff and regional offices are located, including the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Israel and China. Where data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on your consent or on other safeguards permitted by applicable law.

6. How long we keep your data

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after they are received and are then anonymised automatically: the name, company, contact details, message, IP hash and source of the visit are erased, and only non-personal statistics remain. An inquiry that we delete earlier is anonymised 30 days after deletion.

Server access logs are kept for no longer than 30 days for security purposes. Backups that may contain inquiries are kept for no longer than 14 days.

7. How we protect your data

The website is available only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and messages are stored encrypted in the database. Only authorised staff with two-factor authentication can access inquiries, and their actions are recorded. Data is backed up every night.

8. Data stored in your browser

The website does not set cookies. It stores in your browser’s local storage your language choice and, where campaign attribution is enabled, the source of your first visit (kept for 90 days) and of your current visit (until you close the browser tab). This information stays in your browser and is sent to us only together with an inquiry. You can delete it at any time by clearing the website data in your browser settings.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to: know whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

To exercise these rights, write to info@soltexglobal.co. We will answer within the time limits set by applicable law and in any case within 30 days. After you withdraw your consent, we stop processing your data within the period required by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Data Office; in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorised body for personal data protection; in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country (in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection).

10. Children

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. The version in force is always published on this page.
